1. What BookNest is
BookNest is a book recommendation and discovery website. We publish curated lists, guides and descriptions of books. BookNest does not sell books, take payments, or ship products.
2. Affiliate links
Buttons and links labelled "Check Price on Amazon" lead to Amazon.com. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and Amazon, governed by Amazon's terms, prices, shipping and returns policies. Prices shown on Amazon may differ from any price mentioned in our content; Amazon's price at checkout is the final price.
3. Accuracy
We work hard to keep book details (titles, authors, years, descriptions) accurate, and we verify them against library records. However, we do not guarantee that every detail is error-free, and book editions change over time. Product details on Amazon's page prevail.
4. Intellectual property
Book covers are shown for identification purposes and belong to their respective publishers and artists. Cover images are served via Open Library. Our original articles and site design are the property of BookNest and may not be republished without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in ways that overload our infrastructure. We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
6. Liability
BookNest provides recommendations "as is". We are not responsible for purchases, deliveries or returns, which are handled entirely by the seller (Amazon or another retailer you choose).
